This company stole $31.96 from my account and claimed I had applied for a loan with lendersfast.com on 3/26/12, which I did not do. The representative kept telling me that the $31.96 was completely refundable and had the attitude that is wasn't a big deal simply because it was "completely refundable". What this company is doing is called THEFT and somehow this needs to be stopped. This amount may not seem like a big deal but when its the day before payday and it causes an overdraft and you incur more charges because AVANIX LENDING steals money from you, it IS a big deal. I can only imagine how many other people they have scammed over and the amount of interest they are collecting from these scams before people realize they have had money stolen from them. I wouldn't have realized it for at least a few days if it had not overdrawn my account. Shame on you AVANIX LENDING.
