ordered the free trial of pills for £4.95 got the pills through the post checked my bank statement a few days later and relised they had taken £65.95 out of my account when i phoned customer services (the number on the bottle) the lady i spoke too said i should of read the small print as it explained they would take the money. then when i asked her for the website to check the small print the website she gave me didnt even exist!! so i cancelled the account with them as she said they would keep taking money as it was a contract i had entered into! she said the account was then closed and that would be the end of it.. untill today 3/5/12 when i got a knock at the door with a second batch of the pills i then quickly checked my bank statement again to find they had taken £65.95 again from my account on the 24/4/12. ive tried phoneing and the office is closed im hopeing to get a refund ive been on to my bank and they have cancelled my card so the scamsters cant get another penny out of me!!!
