31.96 was debited from my account by avanix loans. I have never heard of this company. I am scared because if they debited my account who is to say this will not happen again. They(Avanix) told me they will credit my account withing 7 days but I will file a dispute with my bank because I just dont trust that my account will be credited. I would like to know what constitutes a class action lawsuit because times are too hard these days for people taking money from you. I needed that for gas not to mention overdraft fees
