A blocked number called and stated I was eligible for a $10,000 grant, that did not have to be repaid or taxed! I was skeptical. When the man gave me the confirmation code of J203. I was then told to call Mark Owen at 206-497-9667.. Another man stated that I could have the check mailed, direct deposited or a Visa or MasterCard with the $10,000 on it. Then he told me to receive the funds I would need to western union $150 for a charitable organization and upon receipt they would mail me the $10,000 check! By the way this was a foreign heavy accented man that also gave me a bogus website of www.usgovermentgrants.gov that did not exist! total scam!
