Approx. date. (I can look up exact with my check #10655). David Whalen was to use my money to mail out 500 letters to market the company Trivita. Trivita is on the up and up and I have no problem with them. I guess David was somehow working independently for them and they are aware of problem but somehow are not able to do anything about this. I have written him twice with no response. I know others were ripped off in the same manner. It was contact by his associate that got me to order a Trivita product and become an affiliate with them. I have no problem with Trivita.
