I too was contacted by the lovely yet obviously heartless Angela who made me really believe in this scam and the guaranted thousands it would bring. Took me a while to agree especially as we were not at a great place financially due to 2 young babies and a new business in place but she promised it was a guarantee. This was the first time ever that we had decided to take a risk like this but thought even if I only made half of what they projected it would have been worthwhile over the 2 yrs. I paid more so to have 2 bets per week but this was done only once and then they were only giving me 1 bet per week for the next 3 months. I rang them a few times to rectify this and nothing was done until I wrote them a long letter about all the issues and that they were in breach of contract. Then 3 months later I get a letter that MyBetShop is in liquidation so ontop of the $11,000 lost to Oracle i have now also lost the $1000 betting money which was less then that anyway as Oracle managed in that time with all their sources to only lose me money..not quite on track for the $40,000 they advertised. I spoke to someone at MyBetShop and they said that with a $1000 bet with only such a small percentage used on bets everytime it is impossible to ever make the $40,000 that Oracle advertises.
Have really been effected by this and the large amount of money lost. I have seeked legal advise and believe that now that Oracle is not providing the service as per their contract that I am entilted to the money back
