I was on Ticketmaster website searching for side stage tickets to U2 for June 20, 2010. I clicked on side stage seats and for $250/ticket and clicked purchase. I received my tickets soon after. After I received my tickets I double checked my seats online and they showed they were not side stage but on the opposite side of the stadium. I called who I thought was Ticketmaster and was told that indeed they were side stage seats.

The concert was rescheduled because of a medical issue with Bono the lead singer to June 4, 2011. I put my tickets aside until the next year. I pulled my tickets out and noticed that the name on the top of the ticket wasn't mine but a Mark Goldman and that the ticket price was not $225.00 but $95. I immediately called who I thought was Ticketmaster and they assured me that I had the right tickets and that they were side stage.

When we arrived at the concert with the tickets I was upset to find that we weren't side stage and that we were at the back of the stadium. I got home and looked at my receipt and the Company name wasn't Ticketmaster but Tickco. My friends purchased tickets a month or two before for $95.00/ticket.

I called the number on the TickCo receipt and complained. They said that they resell tickets for a cut. I paid a total for 4 tickets of $993.75 for tickets worth $434.00. I was lied to twice when I called and asked about the tickets. I'm out $559.75.
