I called the number to order EZ Eyes and as everyone else experienced, got a stupid recording that offered me a hundred other products. I specifically stated three times that I did not want the second keyboard. The amount should only have been around $23. Two days later, my bank account was charged $56.70. I was outraged. I called the customer service number and finally got a real person. I was told that the order was already shipped but that they would refund me $20 and I could keep the second keyboard. After looking at my original bill, the second keyboard is only worth $14.95 but the shipping and handling cost was $15.90. How stupid is that when the second one is supposed to be free but yet you have to pay more than the thing is worth to get it shipped. Both keyboards came in the same shipment. Why should I have to pay double for the shipping & handling? This is a big scam especially for the older folks who don't check the amounts charged to their credit cards until it's too late.
I will NEVER order anything from the tv ads ever again.
