I agreed to pay $2.95 for a single car history report. I found out 2.5 months later that my card was being charged $29.99 monthly for a subscription to which I did not agree. I am attempting to obtain a refund in the amount of $89.97 for the three unauthorized charges to my account. Customer service is rude. This company definitely is ripping people off.
