I placed an order for two pairs of shoes on 4/12/2012. After my order remained "pending" for a week, I contacted the seller and submitted a claim with PayPal. I also did some research on the site and found that there were many people who had similar experiences with the seller. The seller waited until the last day of the open claim, and submitted a tracking number to PayPal. Two days prior I had received a package with the same tracking number that contained a cheap sponge. I have since updated my claim to reflect that the item received was significantly diffferent than the item ordered. I also spoke in person with someone at PayPal. She stated they are in the process of closing this site's account, and that they would not reject my claim as some on this site stated they would. If you are submitting a claim with PayPal, it's important to continue to pursue the claim after you receive the junk item. PayPal may reject your initial claim, but the representative assured that if you receive a junk item in place of what you ordered, PayPal will refund your money. It may just take some time. Be patient! Also, I found that the site is hosted on GoDaddy.com and have submitted a complaint in an effort to get the website shut down. I recommend that you do the same; hopefully, we can protect future buyers!
