I was offered a free trial with just the postage price so I excepted, the free trials of SLIMVIDA and COLON FLOW arrived by post on the 17/04/12. £64.95 was charged to my account on the 27/04/12 which I never agreed to. As a single parent,I can not afford to purchase items like this. Please help me get my money back.

i had exactly the same but did 2 of the trials as the postage was half price im waiting to call them today to decide if im entitled to it refunded ring them up and complain and cancel otherwise more will come every 30 days automatically its a huge con it says free trial not try before you buy

- Saw the link on MSN and it really seemed genuine with Channel 4 folks supposedly recommending the free trial. Ordered on 29th Apr and they arrived today 5th May. Saw all the details around SLIMVIDA and COLON FLOW in the paper insert. Can't believe I fell for this con. Did search and found numerous report on net. Will check my credit card online. Apparently I can't block any more payments from this company. If that's the case I will cancel it and get a new one.

i got the bank involved who have given me the money back now have to wait unitl the 22nd june incase they take the money back again they even admitted they were in the wrong but couldnt refund the money as the person in the wrong didnt work for the company anymore def going to ring trading standards
