International boundaries
After not receiving anything for 3 weeks, contacted them but with no response. Received a syringe pen in mail but did not know who from. Filed dispute with PayPal and they supplied PayPal with the shipping consignment number that they were issued with whem they sent the pen. Lucky for me PayPal ruled in my favour and I got my refund.
