Got an email re: job position and when I inquired about the job and the company I was given a link that showed a contract application.

I suspect either money laundering or scam to get my bank account because one of steps is to deposit checks they send people out to collect and put it in our account.

I share your concern, especially when I read that the 'contract' is subject to the laws of Poland. Also the salary is suspiciously high for the proscribed duties. Anyone else?

I got the same email. The website was just created 4 days ago (same day I got the email, August 7,2011. The company name is actually listed as Organisation Name.... Terel Carr. The address is not in Poland, but is:
