I purchased what was supposed to be a trial size of the product and only pay for shipping. That was back in March 2012, but today I see a charge for $79.95 on my account. Called them and they wouldn't reverse charges and told me they'd cancel it out if I paid $20 additional dollars.
Update: 07/03/2013
Okay I was contacted recently to get refund. They want to refund to account that is now closed. Instead of sending a check, they are going to process anyway. The bank stated they aren't obligated to take deposits.
