Purchased equipment (pump & motor, heater, and salt system) and installation. The installation was done very poorly, causing the equipment to malfunction. The plumbing had to be redone 2 weeks later, only worsening the problem to the point of ruining equipment. Actually, the technician came out without all supplies needed and left us to finish his work. The owner never came to evaluate the problem for himself but was more than willing to make false accusations and come up with imaginary justifications (someone might have taken a hammer to it, your pool must have a leak, your pool man is to blame...). They refused to take any responsibility or to honor their 90 days warranty only 3 weeks after installing. The owner, Dennis Olmezer, was unbelievably unprofessional; snickering, using belittling comments, insults, lies and hanging up the phone. Several expert opinions have validated his company's mistakes but there is no reasoning with him. We must now purchase another pool pump and motor.
