We also received a letter from Polyair saying we had won $ 150,000 in a lottery and the check was for $ 3,980. They said before cashing call the number and we would have to pay $ 1,995 directly to the tax agent. The envelope was from Costco on the outside and is totally bogus. Do not cash check, do not fall for skam. The same name, Lynne Wesley is on the letter as others. Plus, they said they tried to reach us unsuccessfully "many" times. If you have our address it can't be hard to reach us. Total bogus claim, ignore.
