I was called dozens of time on my cell phone with a promise to reduce by credit card payments. After finally giving in, I let the person speak to me so I could understand the program. I had to give them extensive personal information, SSN, CC#, etc. so that they could verify the balance and interest rate. They said they needed to charge the card to get the program started but not that they would do it immediately. They guaranteed no rate reduction but did guarantee a total of $2500 in savings over the next 2-3 years.

Since then, I have not been able to get a hold of any of there so called credit counselors other than to be asked if I had filled out the complete forms fed-exed to my house. So now they want more information from me but I can't get anyone to speak with me.

I've used credit reduction services companies before and they have been very successful and I spoke with the same person every time. The process was clear and they walked me thought every step.

These guys are a bunch of scam artist. They still keep calling me with the same offer message every two days. I got so pissed last week, I aske for a manager to explain that I am already one of the losers in their program and wanted a refund. They hung up on me. I was to sue.
