My account was debited $30.00 without my knowledge. The bank gave me a telephone number. When I called they said that they would help with my payday loan for a one-time $30 fee. When I insisted that I did not want and had not ask for the service they said the $30 would be credited to my account. They said they would send an e-mail confirming. No e-mail. When I tried the website they gave - no website. When I triend a reverse telephone look up - no company name was found.
