On 04/13/2012 I received a credit in my checking account of $0.03 which I wasn't too concerned about. I thought it was a mistake until I looked at my account this morning and there was an ACH Withdrawal in the amount of $31.96 from my checking. I have to fill out an afidavit with my bank and send it back. I am calling Avanix Lending now to get my money back. Also, my bank advised me that they can't block the company from withdrawing from my account again, they can only block the exact amount from that company. However, if the company changes the amount even by $0.01 they would have to allow the transaction and I would have to go through this process again.
