I ordered a pair of shoes from kelly-mall.info on 4/9/12 and paid $39.60 through PayPal for them. The same thing happened to me as has been reported by so many others: I got a fake Order Confirmation from Fashion shoes it is the art ! free shipping to world!, never got a response when I e-mailed them and the shoes never arrived. Instead I just got a small envelope from China containing a sponge. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and also with my credit card company. PayPal must remove this vendor immediately.

- I totally agree, I don't understand how paypal is still allowing this site to continuously scam people. I hadn't received a thing in the mail after waiting three weeks so they can't say that I signed for a package but I also contacted the seller along with Human Resources and no response. This is ridiculous and people should be aware before ordering from there. If you signed the package your best bet will most likely be with your credit card company because most people said that once they signed for a package, paypal closed the case. I think you should still try both and I hope that you get your money back.
