Hi, can some one help me out please. I'm scared that my personal information might be at risk.. I got a text this morning saying that I won a $1000 dollars and I had to enter a code on their website. Being half awake and not thinking I punched in the code. The first step was to put my information down such as Name, Home Address,Email, Cell/Home Number, and d.o.b. The second and third step was a bunch of advertisment to text my phone or something. Then the last step and this is when i finally realized that this was a scam, when they wanted me to pick at least 2 offers from their list which required a credit card. So I quickly closed my browser and now I'm freaking out. MY QUESTION is even though I didn't give away my credit card information can they still steal my personal information or hack in to my email now that they have my basic information?
