A colleague sent me the link that she received true Facebook.
Free trial until a certain date (21/03/2012)! I clicked the link and ordered the first product (cause this was free). Only transport costs would be charged: €2,98.
As I confirm the payment, I see the text below that I agreed with a 'subscription' of monthly products!! My credit card would be debited for €95,67 each month for cream that I don't even need!!
Within the same hour I sent Relift Xs an email to cancel the purchase (as marked in the text: done within 14 days, everything would be canceled).
I received an answer in Swedish (!!). After sending an angry mail I received the same standard answer in English! Up to 4 times! Everytime I sent an email the same answer comes back, confirming everything has been canceled. However €2,98 was taken from my Visa on 21/03 and €95,67 on 04/04/2012!! without permission! I called card stop and searched the internet and apparently a lot of victims!! Can nothing be done??
