I received an email from the above company advertiseing a product called REVIVAGENIX, SKIN REPAIRING System. At the time I ordered this I was heavely sadated from a surgery in Jan.2012. This was to be a sample for which I paid$4.95 shipping and handeling charges on 3/6/12 on my CITI Card. The day
I received my CITI statement I called the phone #1-888-796-1917 to cancel any
further orders. I told the person I talked to that I was 80 years old and should never have been allowed on the computer because of being on very strong medication's for the sever pain. They assured me they would take care of it.
Today 4/20/12 I received a statement from CITI bank with an amount of $92.95
being charged to my credit card from the Institute for Health. I tried calling them
immediately....no answer.
