My have my mom as an addition line on my phone T-mobile account. On 03/19/2012, this company some how got my mom number and register her to their service and started charging my account $9.99 a month without my permission. I called T-mobile; T-mobile told me to call the company to remove the service. The funny thing is that my mom doesn't speak English and she doesn't use text.

  • This happened to me too, actually, to my mother as well. She had two charges start showing up on her line for 9.99 each, one from DealBurst and the other from Bid 2 Win. We also have T-Mobile. I called up T-Mobile and they were able to tell me the service provider was "blacklisted" and all the charges would be refunded on my next bill. They insisted however that it must have been something my mom had done, which I find hard to believe because her phone has no Internet and she would not have fallen from a scam text message. I have a feeling when I ask her specifically about receiving texts about a service or subscription that she won't even have gotten any.
