Ordered on line, no obvious mention of ongoing deal, felt really cheated when i read attched letter with product, tried to call cancellation line no response after 30 mins. I noted they started 30 day refund and cancellation from date of order which only left about 14 days from the day i knew of the scam when poroduct was finally delivered and as it came from scotland i cant see why it took so long, except as you have guest already to waste valuable time for cancelling order, also they say processing of cancellation could take upto 30 days so it means you will get charged for at least one order, for which you will have to chase for another refund which you will not get as they i am sure will point out some minor clause in a contract you signed when you purchased etc, etc you know how they work so lets stop these rip of agents. To stop any money going out of your credit card or debit card 'cancell the card' it's the only foolproof way, and order yourself another card

  • I was only scammed for the PnP as I had my card blocked, I have contacted Action Fraud, and made a case against these people, I have been told not to send back the unopened cream and to ignore any e-mails or letters from them.

    Apparently they have been working through a very small loop hole in the law and this is how they have been getting away with it.

    If enough people contact them with what happened to them it will go to the fraud squad, I was also told if I get any threatening phone calls from them to let Action Fraud know and they will be in a lot of trouble,.

    The best way to deal with this scum is to have your cards blocked and a new one sent out then to have nothing more to do with them, don't open any e-mails or read any letters just ignore them, they can't do anything as they know that what they are doing is wrong.

    Good luck to anyone who reports them lets get these people stopped once and for all.
