took a $300 pay day loan out and was to call company 2 days prior if we wanted full payment made on payday. First time they said it was too late (32h instead 48h ahead of date)- 2nd & 3rd time was put on hold for long periods of time or got no answer. all 3x $90.00 just for interest was taken out every two weeks. Than I had many ACH withdrawals and had to close my account. Now I am getting threatening phone calls saying I owe them 532.00 by very ignorant people claiming check fraud and charges filed. After doing some research I did find ot that payday loans are illegal in my state and co. are not allowed to threaten or coerce /also the interest rate & fees are too high. I told company I wanted a detailed summary of my account with them but I was told that they don't have that and was hung up on. What do we do
