-Received a phone call they said they were sending me an item in the mail. They did not tell me how they got my phone number or address.I received the call at work on a phone that was partially broken (speaker phone only in a loud environment). I told them i could not hear them very well and asked if they were charging me for anything. They responded no and I hung up the phone. On April 17, 2012 I noticed two charges for 39.99 each on my checking account and called my bank to report it. I then called the number that was shown on my banking statement and got ahold of United Benefits Alternative but was then put on hold and never spoke to anyone.
The number is from St. Augustine, Fl.
