i BOUGHT THE FAMILY PACKAGE LAST YEAR ON APRIL 17, 2011, BECAUSE MY SON WAS GOING TO NEW YORK ON BUSINESS FOR AN INDEFINITE PERIOD OF TIME. WE HAVE A LARGE FAMILY AND DECIDED WE COULD ALL TALK AT ONCE OR JUST SOME OF US ON SKYPE, WORKED JUST FINE!
HE IS BACK NOW AND I NO LONGER HAVE NEED FOR THIS PACKAGE ANY MORE. SKYPE WITHOUT ASKING JUST CHARGED MY BANK AGAIN A YEAR LATER, I HAVE BEEN TRYING EVERYWAY I CAN TO GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE TO CREDIT BACK MY BANK.
