I was researching the costs of Pay Day loans online. I never applied for a loan or gave my consent IN ANY WAY to have my bank account debited. This is pure unadulterated fraud, and apparently it is happening to scores of innocent people. How are they getting away with this? Besides contacting my bank(which I did immediately), can I file criminal fraud charges with the police or with The Feds?There must be a way to stop these thieves. My understanding is that they do not stop at the first $30.00 charge either. That is why we are told to close our account and open a new one....because they will keep automatically debiting our account every month! What?? Why exactly can't these people be stopped, if the banks are onto them? Something seems real fishy here to me!

- I do not intend to "prove" this by sending my bank statement or any other personal info TO ANYONE at this point. Seriously, how stupid do you think we are? My bank is on this but I just wanted to help get the word out about these rip off artists! What slime-balls to be doing this to people who are in dire straits financially(or they certainly would not be attempting to obtain a loan from these outrageous loan sharks!).
