Complaint 1039 Details

I signed up for a free trial of bidrack and they asked for a credit card which I thought they need as a formality to create an account and pay for purchases. As soon as I finished signing up I could not access the site. So I called customer service and told them I could not access the site. They told me that they couldn't find it. I got very nervous and decided to chk my bank account and sure enough they had charged me $99! And I called them back and asked them to refund my money and the said they would not but would add free bids to the account! I said well I am going to call my bank! So I called my bank and they said they could not stop pay or refund the money because it was done by my creditcard and they would have to go back to the company to ask for a refund which they already told me they wouldn't do! I felt so ripped off and this is the first time anything like this had ever happened to me! I don't have an extra $99 to spare! The economy is bad and I was just trying to save money! Instead I got robbed!!! I called back the customer service center and explained everything again and told her that not even after u steal $99 that u wont refund after all that I could not eveneven access the site! So since I lost all my money and the company nor the bank would do anything, and she said that I had to change my password so she did it for me so now she has the password to the frigging account! I am so pissed about this whole thing! I just realized that as I am writing this so I am going right back on the site to make sure ny credit card info is not visible! What a bad idea! So once she fixed my access I was able to get on and at least see if I could get deal on something to make it worth while! So I didn't feel like such a loser! But not only was I robbed I also wasted hours of my life trying to get a deal which I could not get! I am not a gambler in any sense of the word! This was not a deal finding site! This a gambling site! After reading the reviews today all over the net I am glad I did not win anything because if the didn't send me what I ordered like they have done to countless others i would have lost it! Oh and who's to say u are not bidding against the company because if u look at what was recently won u never see the electronics only the cheap stuff like $2 watches that I would even pay $1 for! I hate that these people have made me feel so bad and now I am short groceries for the next two weeks because I am out that money!
