Ordered online a FREE sample of face cream paying the £2.95 postage. Began to realise it was a scam and contacted them for a return number and sent the FREE sample back straight away. Thought that was the end of it so was shocked to find they had charged £74.95 to my barclycard account. Contacted Barclaycard to report this scam but they say although they will stop any more money from leaving my account I will have to pay this amount. How are these crooks allowed to operate like this? I will learn a lesson from this and NEVER order anything online again. Perhaps Watchdog should take this on as they have success with crooks.
