I paid $29.99 for a Tera Online Berserker guide and was then told the guide was not ready for release yet. They will not give refunds. This is false advertising and a scam / fraud due to the following reasons:
- The FAQ states that the guide is available within 10 minutes after download
- The site claims that the specific guide is available for instant download
DO not fall for the killer guides scam / killer guides fraud
