I made an order from the site http://www.nikeoutleter.com. The order was nike sport shoes. They send me the shoes in a different color. I send them 4 e-mails to ask them what is the poccess to send the shoes back and refund. They did not answer although before I order the shoes i have send them 2 e-mails and they have answered in one day. Can you advise me what can I do with this situation?
