Ordered 3pair shoes, very good prices, not received, got concerned & found other complaints. Visa Mastercard symbols on their website, Pay Pal offered which I did use. PayPal transaction number received on my printed up 'Store Receipt', but realized later that no phone number or address is on that receipt. Will contact PayPal immediately.

YAYPAYPAL! They are putting the $$$ back on my credit card ("since 1st complaint" otherwise I'd have to file written complaint) & are investigating Rio Shoes to alert any buyers to Beware bad company.
