I went on there website and they offered me a deal of a £50 camera for £12 if i clicked on it and won. Then i paid and it was fine.

Firstly i noticed it took 3 weeks for my camera to come!

then 7 days later i recieved 4 charges to my bank, 2 £1.00 charges, £11.04 for the camera and £58.99 for a membership that i didn't sign up too!!!

Immediately I went to their online help, obviously furious, asking for a refund and asking why I have been charged for membership that i didn't sign up for and apparently i signed a 3 month contract when i bought the camera.

It was not too bad at this point I noticed that they had a 100% money back guarantee and were advertising it well. So I assumed that i would get it all back.

They swiftly Accepted my cancellation of the membership request but at a charge of £28 !!!!!!!!!

That's my hard earned money there! and they have scammed me. So ever since I clicked that link they have at least £28 from me. What a scam. i was so angry at them and sent complaints to them, swore at the helper guy (from this he threatened to close the help window) and I was just very angry indeed.

I just felt that I needed to share my experience and hope that it gets noticed so that no-one else get scammed by them unless they already know about the membership charges - no wonder the camera was advertised at £12- Anyway, that's my story. I will now try not to get scammed, bye.
