I didn't realize they would charge my credit card for $99! I just thought I was signing up to be able to bid. Very deceptive. No phone number, had to get it from my bank which told me to file a complaint in order to get my money back. An y legit company (which this is not) will write on their website they will give a refund within a reasonable amount of time but this company is in the business to rip people off, even if they think in their minds they are running a legit company. If they were legit, they would refund people's money, put things clearly on their website! I will write to the Attorney General in Delaware if I don't get my money back within 24 hours.

They charge me 75.00 and never bid on anything, a couple of hours later I check my checking acc and there it was pending so I thought I will put a stop on it, the bank charge me 27.00 to stop the payment when I got to the bank on monday i see that they still pay for it and got charge for it.
I'm not going to get my 75.00 back or my 27.00 either is not refundable.
it is not fair! bunch of rippofs, and dishonest company's.
The bank gave me this # 1800-238-6195 to call bidrack that's all they can do they said, Im calling tomorrow you should try to. good luck Becky -
