I responded a to on-line add from Kunulift for a FREE sample of facial cream.The only requirement was to pay the $4.95 shipping costs. I placed an order, paid the shipping with my debit card. I received a small jar (about 1/2ounce) of cream.
Two weeks later, on 3-19-2012,I was shocked when a $84.87 charge hit my account. NO ADDITIONAL CREAM WAS RECEIVED.
The Kunulift representative refused to reverse the charge indicating that the charge was explained in the small print on their web site and these terms required that if the sample product was not returned within 14 days, the order account would be charged for the full purchase price. These requirements were not visible in the order material and were nowhere clear. Is it FREE Trial? It is False Advertising.
