Encouraging news. I filed a separate dispute with my credit card company providing all of the details of my original dispute with Paypal and provided a link to this website. A few hours later, I had a full refund and the original amount was charged back to Paypal putting the burden on them. Hope this helps others find a way around the Paypal fiasco of requiring buyers to return the worthless trinkets rios shoes often sends in place of the items ordered. Postal fees often exceed the amount of the original purchase from what I have read. Maybe if everyone does this Paypal will do something about this vendor.
