I have had a second payment taken from my account. I contacted the bank last month to have this stopped I completed a form and returned it, but the money is still being taken from my bank account. I have phoned the number to cancel but keep getting an answer phone saying their hours of business, number is 0800124256. No product has been received only the sample. Something needs to be done to stop people being scammed.
