They haven't refunded me my money after I cancelled my membership. They give you up to 3 days and I cancelled the next day after I found out they didn't explain the program in full. They're customer service reps aren't fully trained and there is never a supervisor available, nor do they return your calls or emails.

  • I also lost $450.00 when I signed up last October 15th, 2013. Like you said the reps knowingly (or unknowingly)never tell you how many days you have to opt out and it doesn't even show on the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OFFICAL PAGES. I wish people could be more eager to be honest when trying to make money rather than making money unscrupulously. Enough said.
