Ordered product on line for the cost of shipping. I was under the assumption of 30 day free trial. After 7 days 97.88 was taken out of my account. It states 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I called the company would only refund 30.00. If i agreed not to file a complaint. I refused to do so. I was not pleased with the product. It broke my face out. I have learned a hard lesson
