I purchased through a "first auction is free" ad, a samsung I pod. Once I clicked paying through credit card and finished the transaction I scrolled way down to find out there was an $89.99 per month fee attached. This was never mentioned up front. I did NOT fill out the "required documentation" part of their transaction before the transaction was finished and I immediately emailed them to explain this situation, cancel the membership and the merchandise. The other person on the end of the email said that this issue was resolved and if I would like to join sometime in the future, just click. I didn't. A month later my credit card had the $91.07 charge. I cancelled said card and went live chat on Ziinga. They admitted they made a mistake and would do a "full investigation" and contact me. They have not done either.
