Ordered aMulberry purse of the Mulberry Outlet store for friends 40th Birthday. Paid for it with my debit card and got a confirmation email from realypay.com saying that my order was successful. Then got an email with my order number, username and password, was also told I would receive a tracking number. I didnt and messaged them saying this. I got a message back saying the order had been received....no tracking number. I have now emailed another 3 times asking how I would go about getting a refund. Suprise suprise ....no response. I have also tried getting a response from the Mulberry Outlet store....but nothing. It will not even accept my order number. Feel a complete idiot.....it is a total scam!!!! Nat
