Jack Ramos came to my home and detailed everything that was moving. Based on this list I was told my charge would be about $2540 based on cubic feet. On day of move only 3/4 of items were moved . The cost did not change I was still charged $2500 + taxes and 15% gratuity=$3100., and I was told that if they came back to move the additional items from the list it would cost me another $1500.00. Thinking that an 18 wheeler would not be able to navigate in my development I was told that an additional $600.00 would be charged to transfer to a smaller truck. I'm missing a box of religious material that is irreplaceble and I have another customer's dining room table legs. I finally got through yesterday after one week of trying and was told to wait a few days and someone would call me back about what to do with items that are not mine. Not professional at all. I would never use them again .
