Mom received a notice in the mail stating her package will follow in the next 2 - 3 weeks. She could use the "welcome letter" to take advantage of a discount on her medication. The phone # listed went to a person who asked for her phone # then disconnected and never answered a second time. There was also an invoice in the envelope stating that a payment for $448.74 was being withdrawn from her account. We contacted her bank and the amount was infact withdrawn from her account, but they were able to stop the payment due to the fact it was within the time allowed by banks to cancel transactions. Her bank also filed a fraudulent activity form and took care of anyother action needed. Because we/they have no idea how they could have gotten her account # they closed her account. I hope this helps someone else, as the other complaints online did me when I tried to look up the website on the letter.
