I made numerous phone calls to ask for refund per 60 day money back guarantee - I did speak to a representative each time who said they would make a note but to contact them via website. So I also sent 3 emails, copied myself in each time ( to prove to my credit card company contacts were made, as I'll be also filing a complaint with card company ) and still no response at all. I will be cancelling credit card used as who knows how bad / criminal a company this is.
