I opened my November bank statement to find a charge for $39.99 from RN*REAL.COM ONLINE . This charge was unauthorized.
I called the number listed on-line to cancel and it was disconnected.
I called the phone number on my bank statement for RN*REAL.com and spoke with someone in India who said he could not find any such charge. I had given him my e-mail address and name and the date and amount of the charge. He found my "account", but said he could find no such charge to it. He then wanted my credit card and bank account numbers. I declined to do this.
I will try to dispute the charge through my bank.
