I recieved a Prize Claim/Final Notification letter on August 8, 2011 with a Citibank, N.A. Deleware check for $3980.00 and to call a phone #. I researched the routing # of the check and it is false. The routing # on the check is 111547100. This is a scam, please do not fall for it.
