Nightmare when you order, nightmare when you call customer service, nightmare website, nightmare people behind the phone. I went to their website, without giving you any total price they ask you for your credit card, I thought they will give me a total after I give the credit card information, but they started offering me more and more junk, so I had to sit there and keep clicking no, no, no, no, ... finally it said, your order was processed successfully, !!! but how??? without giving me a total price....

The same thing happened to me. I thought I was only goin to be charged 9.99 shipping, and nothing else for 30 days. They took 59.80 out of my account. I NEVER would have ordered if I'd known iut was gonna be that much. I tried calling to cancel, but they said it was to late.
I'm trying to find the number to corporate office. -
