i like many others sent off for this sample cream. yes it did state that i had to pay a small amount to get the trial period, but it did not state on the online advert that you,re bank would be debited a 3mnthly amount of money, we saw small print and not only cancelled and returned cream (which yes cost in itself) but contacted our bank to stop any funds being taken prior to them being able to... MY ISSUE is and i hope that someone else may step forward and reassure me that it is not just me?? as i have had a skin reaction to this.. after day two of using this cream my face swelled, eyes puffed up and became itchy and red, went to my g.p who said layers of my skin had been stripped, spoke to a skin dermatoligist who had me read all ingredients to her and she said there is a acid in it, making it more a chemical peel, there is no warnings of any side effects to this product.. i DID NOT wear any make up for a few weeks until cream that dr gave me settled skin.. but now recently tried.. and my face flared up again, treated it with cream again.. and yesterday wore make up again for the first time in ages and woke this morning with swollen eyes and irritated face, my make up is the same as ive always used and never had problems before, spoke to customer services today and they said they only deal with selling and money handling.. there is no way of making any form of complaint!!! so now i have spoken to trading standards and awaiting a responce from them.. PLEASE i would like to hear from anyone who has had the same reaction as i was told that i seem to be the only one??? surely not???
